Control Units: Get a Grip with Ergonomic Lifting Devices :
The ergonomic control handle converts the operators hand movements into electronic signals. The handles are available in several configurations including an option to split the unit into two parts that allows the operator to maintain proper posture when using large end effectors.
Each handle includes safety features by placing sensors in the handle that ensures the operators hand movements are detected correctly. There is also a built-in auto balance float mode within the load cell that identifies when the operator can let go of the control handle and move an item by hand. The monitoring software communicates with the motor that checks the movements signal from handle to motor.
Rotating Swivel Increases Productivity:
Each lifting device includes a rotating anodized aluminum swivel as a standard feature. The swivel allows the lifting device to maintain its smooth follow operation and eliminates unnecessary stops in production by utilizing the wire rope, compressed-air line and signal cable design.
The swivel allows the wire rope to be rotation-free with less wear and longer lasting. The signal cable and compressed-air line are contoured designed to wrap around the wire rope and be tangle free. A special casing protects the signal cable connection at the swivel.
